RETURN & EXCHANGE

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

You have 14 days of receiving your original order to make a return. 

Returns and exchanges from European Union

Sundress Team provides you the return label and the Return and Exchange Form in the initial parcel.

You can exchange the product size and/or color only once. You cannot ask an exchange with another model. In this case we advise you to return the item and make a new order. 

You can return or exchange the article(s) by following the below instructions

1. Ensure that the articles are in the same state they were received (labels, folded in the initial package…).

2. Put articles and the filled Return and Exchange form inside the initial package or in your own package and make sure it is securely closed.

3. Fix the return label you may find in the initial package.
Call local DHL service to organize the pickup at your place or go to mydhl.express.dhl, choose your country and inform the 10 figures tracking number you may find on the DHL return label close to 'Way Bill' mention.
OR you can also drop off your parcel at a DHL point station.
Please keep the tracking number with you to check the delivery process.

4. Your refund will be made within 24-48 hours of receipt.
A one-time 10 € return fee will be deducted from all refunds

 

Returns and exchanges from the rest of the world

1.Ensure that the articles are in the same state they were received (labels, folded in the initial package…)

2.Fill the Return and Exchange form and provide it in the return package

3.Put articles with the form inside the initial package or a strong one and send it at the address below :

Be aware that the shipping costs are at your expense and we do not assume customs taxes for returned package.

In case of the 14 days respected for returns, we guarantee the full refund of any item returned (unworn and unwashed) by using the same payment method as your purchase. The refund is made in the two business days after receiving the returned item(s). We invite you to track your parcel until delivery to our warehouse.
Between 14-21 days of returning orders, refund will be made via a credit note available on our website during one year.
