Yes we ship overseas for free without a minimum amount of purchase. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees, paid to the carrier upon parcel reception.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in France will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-3 days.
We use DHL Express services for domestic and international shipping for most of countries. For countries that are not included in DHL Express services we use all major carriers, and local courier partners depending on the destination.
Return and refund
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You have 14 days of receiving your original order.
1- Fill the return form put inside your package with your order. If you don't receive it or if you loose it, make sure to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order reference, the returned product(s), the reason of the return and the desired product(s) if needed.
2- Put the items and the return form on the original package or a strong one.

For returns, we guarantee the full refund of any item returned by using the same payment method as your purchase. The refund is made after receiving the returned item(s).
This garment has been inspired by our French designer, then produced by our artisans with love. Please be aware that some jewelry can damage the delicate fabrics. Treasure your Sundress and treat it with care. Any irregularity of this garment shows its uniqueness and authenticity.
We advise you to hand wash cold and do not put into trumble dry.
