Returns and exchanges from European Union
Sundress Team offers you the return and the exchange if at least one item which is not subjected to a promotion is ordered. In other words, returns and exchanges are free for any items excluded outlet items and on sale items. For that, please follow the below instructions :
1. Ensure that the articles are in the same state they were received (labels, folded in the initial package…).
2. Put articles and the filled Return and Exchange form inside the initial package or in your own package and make sure it is securely closed.
3. Fix the return label you may find in the initial package
4. Call local DHL service to organize the pickup at your place or go to mydhl.express.dhl, choose your country and inform the 10 figures tracking number you may find on the DHL return label closed to 'Way Bill' mention.
OR you can also drop off your parcel at a DHL point station.
For returns and exchanges when return label is not provided, please follow the rest of the world instructions.

1.Ensure that the articles are in the same state they were received (labels, folded in the initial package…)
2.Fill the Return and Exchange form and provide it in the return package or by mail at contact@sundress.fr.
3.Put articles with the form inside the initial package or a strong one and send it at the address below :
