  • We ship overseas for free without a minimum amount of purchase by using DHL Express services (except during Sale periods, please refer to the banner). 
  • SUNDRESS processes parcels on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding national holidays).
  • Orders are usually processed within 24h. Orders made before 12am are shipped the same day. After 12am parcels are shipped the next business day. 
  • Free shipping doesn't include duties, taxes and customs fees. 
  • European Union deliveries : 1-2 business days
